The Company Secretarial Unit supports businesses to adhere to sound corporate governance practices and directives and have an exceptional reputation for delivering excellent company secretarial support. Under the Companies Act, (2019) Act 992, every company registered in Ghana is required to have a Company Secretary. Confidentiality and impartiality is assured when an independent firm like ST Legal Bureau assumes the role of organising and covering company meetings and maintaining company records. Corporate Governance and Compliance
